How to describe a possible carrom foul

A good question begins with a clear observation.

Use neutral language

Write what moved, what entered a pocket and what was still on the board. Avoid starting with an accusation.

Separate uncertainty

If two players saw different things, record both accounts. A confident tone does not settle an uncertain observation.

Ask a precise question

Add the adopted rule source and the stage of play. This gives the reader a specific situation to investigate.
